In 2023, when it came time to renew my First Aid Certificate, I discovered that I had forgotten much of what I had learned during my original training three years earlier.
To help myself review the material in the future, I began organizing my notes into articles and eventually built this website.
I hope this site will grow into a useful resource for anyone interested in first aid, providing study materials, exam tips, and accessible introductions to medical knowledge for beginners.
